Documentary about hot springs and geysers
The water is heated with the contact of magma (molten rock). The maximum temperature around the magma can be heated until the water boils or becomes superheated steam. If the water becomes so hot that steam pressure builds and erupts in a jet above the surface of the Earth, called a "geyser"
This photo is of a thermal water in iceland:
Conclusion: The Gueiser or the hot springs come out of the ground when at a very high temperature because of the magma beneath the earth so the water comes out at high temperatures.
